Pay your Water Bill Online
Through this portal, you can:
- Make Water & Sewer utility payments
- View utility statements
- View billing history
- View payment history
REGISTERING FOR PAYMENT PORTAL
You will need a copy of your bill to register. Click the “Register” button in the top right hand corner. Enter the requested information and choose “Utility Statement” for the “I have a(n)…” field. The account number and service location must be entered exactly as shown on your bill. Click “Register” to complete.
HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT
Click “Login” in the upper right hand corner. Enter your username/password and click “Login.” Click on “Pay Utilities” under the Make Payments Folder located on the left hand side of the screen. Follow the prompts to make your payment. Once you hit “Submit,” changes may not be made to your payment. Please contact the Utilities Department at City Hall at 719-689-2502 or by email if you need to make a correction.
PAYMENT PORTAL RULES
You can pay up to the balance shown on your last statement. If disconnected for non-payment, the entire account balance must be paid in full to restore service. This includes late charges and re-connection fees. Currently, only credit and debit cards are accepted online.
WEB PAY ISSUES
If you encounter any issues with Web Pay, please contact the City at 719-689-2502 or send an email. If the payment portal is down or unavailable, payment must still be made by the due date. If you

Cash, Check or Debit/Credit Card Payments made in person at City Hall, 337 E. Bennett Ave, during normal business hours of M-F 8AM-4PM; and
- Check Payments made payable to and mailed to City of Cripple Creek, PO Box 430, Cripple Creek, CO 80813.
